Development

The realistic visualisation of three-dimensional components made of flexible materials is often not easy, even for the best constructors with state-of-the-art software. In these cases, for example, we adapt protective hoods to our customers’ prototype machines at our premises and then provide the data obtained to create the drawings. But even with simpler projects and new machines, we are often in close contact with the customer right from the start and are happy to provide support with our expertise in heavy fabric manufacturing.

Construction

The parts adapted to new mowers are drawn in our construction department and the corresponding data is sent to the respective customer. In addition, data supplied by customers is revised and configured for our manufacturing process. The punching and welding tools required in production are also designed in-house and then built in our metalworking department.

Manufacturing

In manufacturing, the various materials are first punched or cut to size on CNC cutters. This is followed by further processing using various welding technologies as well as the insertion of straps, eyelets, strings or other equipment. Customer logos are applied using screen printing or hot stamping.

Logistics & Quality

Each production batch undergoes at least one random sample check in our quality assurance department after completion. Selected articles are even subject to 100% inspections. This is how we ensure the consistently high quality of our products. After quality control, the products are stored or prepared directly for despatch to the customer. The customer’s container specifications are strictly adhered to. We supply our customers just in time and just in sequence with maximum adherence to quantities and deadlines.
